The Court serves Nolan, Fisher and Mitchell Counties. Generally, the Court is in session in Nolan County on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, Fisher County on Wednesday and Mitchell County on Thursday. If you need assistance when Court personnel are out of the office for hearings in Mitchell or Fisher County, a message may be left on the answering machine and the call will be returned at the first opportunity.
